HGV Service Advisor
Location:Bicester
Salary:£28,000 - £34,000 basic, £38,000 OTE
Hours:Monday to Friday 42.5 hours on a three-week rotation, week 1: 7am to 4pm, week 2: 8am to 5pm and week 3: 9am to 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

HGV Service Advisor Duties

• Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy department
• Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers

HGV Service Advisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
• A full UK driving licence
