HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic

Location:Widnes

Salary:£49,409 per annum + £3,000 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Shifts:Monday to Friday Rotating shifts (6am3:30pm / 12:30pm10pm) No weekends

We are recruiting an experiencedHGV Technicianfor a very well-known national fleet business based in Warrington. This is a permanent position with one of the most respected operators in the UK.

Your duties will include:

• Fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance on a mixed fleet of HGVs and trailers
• Planned preventative maintenance and MOT preparation
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, braking and electrical system repairs
• Use of diagnostic equipment and software
• Keeping accurate service and repair records

What we need from you:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
• Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software
• Full UK driving licence (HGV licence is advantageous but not essential)
