Due to their huge success and growth over many years they are actively seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join their team.
About your new HGV Technician role:
• Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify potential issues. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including vehicle inspections, MOT test preparation, brake repairs, and service work. • Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment. • Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed. • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall operational efficiency.
The successful HGV Technician will require:
Ability to develop strong customer relations Previous mechanical experience and a strong technical understanding NVQ level 3 qualification or City & Guilds 3 in heavy vehicle service, maintenance and repair. Confident in working on your own
