Location: Andover
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shifts (No Weekends)
HGV Technician – Andover We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Engineer to join a well-established commercial vehicle workshop in Andover.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend working, competitive earnings, and long-term career development.
The Role: As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles
* Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment
* Completing safety inspections and MOT preparation
* Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and company standards
* Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
* Working efficiently to meet agreed deadlines

Requirements for the HGV Technician role:
* Proven experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Engineer
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
