HGV Technician (Days & Night Shifts Available) - Liverpool

Liverpool Up to £50,000 | Full-Time, Permanent

Available Shifts

  • Day Shift:4 on / 4 off - 6.00am to 6.30pm. averaging around 42 hours per week.
  • Night Shift:Tuesday to Friday, 6.00 pm to 6.30 am, with a view to change to Monday to Thursday. i.e. 48 hours per week.

Your role as an HGV Technician

  • Carry out inspection, servicing, and repairs on HGVs
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Work to high industry and manufacturer standards
  • Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and compliant
  • Collaborate with a skilled workshop team
  • Accurately complete job records and documentation

What were looking for

  • Proven experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician
  • Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • HGV Licence and/or IRTEC accreditation (desirable, not essential)
