About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their team in Hemel Hempstead . This is a full-time, permanent role involving multi-drop deliveries of construction materials across the Hertfordshire area. Key Responsibilities Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles in line with licensing and company requirements Assist with the safe loading and unloading of vehicles Deliver goods according to a scheduled route across the local area Maintain accurate records of journey times, mileage, and working hours Deliver a high-quality, professional service to both trade and retail customers Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects Use tachograph equipment in accordance with current regulations Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
