  • Provide clarity on what High Performance is and that it is expected
  • Implement Smart’s High-Performance Framework across departments
  • Ensure all employees have clear OKRs, KPIs, and role expectations
  • Roll out “What Good Looks Like” standards and performance scorecards
  • Lead structured performance reviews, calibrations, and recognition processes
  • Deliver gamification and peer-feedback initiatives to drive performance culture
  • Implement growth plans for high-potential employees and improvement plans for underperformance
  • Coach managers and individuals on performance standards, feedback, and development

Skills & Attributes

  • Understanding what High Performance Looks Like
  • High Energy, drive, grit and work ethic
  • Strong understanding of performance systems

  • Strong facilitation, feedback, and presentation skills

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years in a performance-focused role within business, sport, or coaching
  • Proven track record of implementing performance frameworks and enabling growth
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-achieving teams
  • Exposure to structured development practices, including coaching, OKRs, mentoring, or behavioural feedback
