We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in South West London. This is a full time long term position supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.

About the Role

Full time long term HLTA position in a primary school
Working 1:1 with pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech & language needs, and social difficulties
Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation
Delivering small interventions and occasionally covering classes
Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external professionals
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environmentWere Looking For

HLTA qualification or strong experience covering classes
Proven experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs
Confident working 1:1 and adapting learning to meet individual needs
Strong behaviour skills and a calm, patient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A genuine passion for supporting children with SENThis School
