Academics is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic primary school in Gillingham this September.
We are seeking someone confident in leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
The HLTA role includes:
Delivering lessons in the teacher's absence Supporting teaching staff with planning and delivery Assisting with interventions and small group support Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the classroomThe ideal HLTA will have:
