As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. Planning and delivering engaging and creative learning activities across the curriculum Supporting teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all pupils Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs Encouraging pupils to engage, achieve and develop a genuine love of learning Hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential) Bring experience working in a primary school setting , ideally across various year groups Be passionate about children's learning and their holistic development Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Contract Details Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant Type: Long-term supply Start Date: ASAP Until the end of the academic year Contract Type: Temporary To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must: Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) Have recent safeguarding training (we can provide this if needed)
