A well-regarded Secondary School in the Borough of Kingston is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their team ASAP. This is a term-time only role paid on a daily rate.

What will this HLTA position involve?

Delivering planned learning activities and supporting children both in and out of the classroom

Taking responsibility for whole classes in the absence of teachers

Supporting children with additional learning needs and promoting inclusion

Collaborating with teaching staff to contribute to lesson planning and children's progress

Assisting with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil development
