About the Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work across a range of primary year groups, supporting pupils, teachers, and the wider school community. You’ll play a key part in helping children thrive, feel confident, and enjoy their learning.

As the school’s new HLTA, you will:

• Confidently work across different year groups within the primary phase
• Deliver engaging lessons, small-group activities, and targeted interventions
• Support teachers in raising attainment and enhancing learning outcomes
• Help create and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A recognised HLTA qualification (or strong equivalent experience)
• Adaptability and excellent classroom management across varying age ranges
• A proactive, supportive approach and a real passion for helping young learners grow
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff
