Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Prospero Teaching are seeking to recruit a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) into an highly regarded School with an exceptional reputation for academic excellence, creativity, and a nurturing environment.

Duties
· Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum.
· Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
· Leading small group interventions to raise attainment in core subjects.
· Providing one-on-one support for pupils with specific learning needs.
· Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
· Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
· Encouraging pupil engagement and motivation to inspire a love of learning.

Qualifications
· Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups.
· Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
· Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

CONTRACT DETAILS
· Location - BA22
· Position - HLTA
· Type of work - Long Term
· Contract or position start date - ASAP

· Minimum rate of pay - 125GBP per day
· Hours - 8:20 am - 3.15pm

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Relevant Experience and Qualifications
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
