Academics is a trusted Education Agency seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Rotherham. This temporary role working across Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM), offering a competitive daily rate of £100-£145 (inclusive of holiday pay), dependent on experience.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Rotherham, you will:

* Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
* Cover and lead primary lessons
* Lead small group interventions and classroom activities
* Assist with pupil progress and attainment
* Provide cover across varied primary year groups
* Uphold strong behaviour management and safeguarding standards

Requirements:

* HLTA qualification (Level 4 CACHE) or relevant degree (BA Hons / MA in Education)
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
