About the Role

This Primary School is seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join its friendly and professional support team. Working three days a week, you will play a pivotal role in complementing classroom teaching through independent learning activities and targeted support. This role includes supervising agreed lessons and contributing directly to pupil achievement and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

*Deliver agreed learning activities both in and out of class under the supervision of teaching staff *Provide high-quality support that promotes pupil progress and independence *Line manage and support the development of LSA/TA staff *Collaborate with teaching staff to raise educational achievement across key stages

*HLTA qualification (desirable) *The right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship) *Enhanced DBS on the Update Service *Proven experience supporting teaching and learning at HLTA level *Strong understanding of curriculum delivery and learner engagement *Leadership capability to mentor and guide support staff *Commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
