Location: Nottingham Salary: £15.37 £16.78 per hour (depending on experience) £24,725 £27,057 per year (approx) Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday, Term Time Only

This role is ideal for someone who believes in personalised education, strong relationships and creating safe, inspiring learning environments where every young person feels valued.
About the Role
Youll support young people who struggle in mainstream settings, helping them access learning in a flexible, creative and highly individualised way.
You will be involved in:
Supporting a teacher with a small group of up to 4 learners Leading sessions for groups of 2 Occasional 1:1 support Delivering and supporting a varied curriculum including English, Cookery, Business Studies, PSHE and Functional Skills Encouraging confidence, independence and essential life skills Supporting learning both on?site and out in the community No two days are the same this is a role full of purpose, variety and meaningful impact. xehkeey
What Were Looking For Ability to motivate and inspire young people GCSE Maths & English (or Functional Skills Level 2) A proactive, creative and adaptable approach A relevant TA qualification or willingness to complete free training Ability to promote independence, positive behaviour and personal development A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel between sites and supporting learners in the community)
