Key Responsibilities:

Support learning with enthusiasm, guiding small groups and stepping up to lead whole classes when needed. Help plan and assess activities that spark curiosity and growth. Work side-by-side with a fantastic team of TAs to run our much-loved holiday scheme. Create a classroom that's safe, inclusive and full of joy. Encourage positive behaviour and nurture pupils' well-being every single day. What you need to succeed in this role:
