- Deliverpre-plannedlessonsandsupportwhole-classlearningwhenrequired
- Providetargetedsmallgroupandone-to-oneinterventionsupport
- Assistwithlessonpreparation,classroommanagement,andassessmentactivities
- Supportpupilswithvaryinglearningneeds,includingSEN
- Maintainapositive,safe,andinclusivelearningenvironment
- Followschoolpoliciesandsafeguardingprocedures

- HLTAqualificationorequivalentexperience
- Experiencesupportinglearningwithinaschoolsetting
- Confidenceleadingwhole-classactivitieswhenrequired
