Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Chester
Milk Education are recruiting for an ambitious and outgoing HLTA to join a Secondary School in Cheser to work on a long-term basis starting in September!
You’ll be joining a child centred, community orientated school, which is focused on ensuring every child leaves as a well rounded, life long learner.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
* Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students * Delivering catch-up sessions within KS3 + KS4 * Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs * Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating, adjusting and leading lessons as appropriate
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Essential Qualifications:
* Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting * Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills * Hold a relevant qualification * Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
