About the Role:
As a Hire Desk Controller, you will be a key part of the Hire Desk department—supporting Sales and Operations to ensure every customer interaction is seamless. From coordinating equipment deliveries to managing contracts and supporting invoicing, your role is crucial in keeping operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
What You will be doing:
✔ Accurately manage contracts, allocations, and invoicing through the ERP system
✔ Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, and regular fuel drops
✔ Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, and web platforms
✔ Support Sales with quotes, credit referencing, and customer onboarding
✔ Maintain accurate records, purchase orders, and end-of-hire data
✔ Collaborate with Operations to deliver proactive customer communication
✔ Uphold ISO 9000:1 standards for contract administration
