?? About the Role
As an HLTA, you will play an important role in supporting the teaching team and helping pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, support small groups of students, and at times may be required to lead lessons or cover classes when needed. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Leading small group sessions to support pupil learning
Occasionally covering classes and delivering planned lessons
Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
