HLTA – Primary School – Southwark

ANZUK Education is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southwark to recruit an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a long-term opportunity working across age groups, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school.

The Role:

*

Delivering pre-planned lessons and interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

*

Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups to raise attainment

*

Supporting class teachers with planning, assessment and classroom management

*

Promoting positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment

*

Adapting support to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

*

Hold HLTA status or have substantial experience working at HLTA level

*

Have experience supporting learning across multiple primary age groups

*

Be confident leading whole-class sessions when required

*

Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills

*

Be flexible, proactive and passionate about supporting pupil progress
