HLTA - KS2 Lead Intervention Specialist

Aspire People are recruiting a highly capable HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Central Manchester, working primarily within Key Stage 2.
The school is focused on raising attainment in upper KS2, particularly in preparation for SATs, and is looking for an HLTA confident delivering structured intervention programmes.
Responsibilities:
Leading small-group and 1:1 booster sessions in Maths and English.
Covering Year 5 and Year 6 classes when required.
Supporting pupils working below age-related expectations.
Tracking and monitoring progress against targets.
Supporting pupils' confidence and exam readiness.
Assisting teachers with planning differentiated learning activities.
We Are Looking For:
HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations.
Confidence leading whole-class sessions.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
