WE'RE HIRING: Secondary HLTA's in Liverpool We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is just as passionate about student success as we are to join our local secondary schools in and across Liverpool. Role type: Full/ Part time and long term or day to day supply roles available. Requirements: HLTA Status or a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification with a proven track record of supporting students. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour independently and calmly. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to get one- we can help with this). Key Duties: Lead and deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes independently. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment. Run small-group interventions to help students catch up in core subjects. Support GCSE students with targeted exam preparation and revision techniques. Adapt lesson materials to meet the specific needs of students. Provide detailed feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement. Supervise and mentor other Teaching Assistants within the department. Assist with exam arrangements, acting as a scribe or reader for students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievement during cover.
