HLTA - SEMH ARP Reintegration Lead
Location: Camden, London
Pay: £125 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm (Full Time)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support and manage reintegration within their SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) ARP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA with strong SEMH experience who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them successfully transition back into mainstream classrooms.

The Role

Lead and manage the reintegration process for pupils within the SEMH ARP
Provide targeted support for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider pastoral team
Support pupils in developing strategies to regulate behaviour and engage positively with learning
Track progress and help ensure successful reintegration into mainstream lessonsThe Ideal Candidate

HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs (essential)
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Calm, patient and resilient approach
