Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced HLTA to support inclusion and SEND provision within a primary school in Ashton.
This role involves working closely with the SENCO and leadership team to deliver high-quality support for pupils with additional needs, while also covering lessons across the school when required.
The Role:
Delivering structured interventions for pupils with SEND.
Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs.
Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Supporting behaviour strategies and emotional regulation.
Contributing to EHCP targets and progress reviews.
Assisting with mentoring and supporting other support staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
HLTA qualification or extensive experience in a higher-level TA role.
Strong SEND knowledge and experience.
Confident leading lessons independently.
Calm, resilient and solution-focused approach.
Recent experience within a UK primary school.
