The Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA's), you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. You will work across various classes and need to be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning and development. Monitor and assess student's progress, providing feedback and reporting to the teacher. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
