HLTA - Secondary School - EnfieldFull Time Term Time Only April Start £115-£125 per day Long Term Role (Temp to Perm)Long Term Futures are recruiting a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Enfield, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants looking to take the next step in their career within secondary education. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions and working more independently within the classroom.Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver small-group interventions and targeted support sessions
• Provide in-class support and assist with lesson delivery
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
• Support students with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working as a TA or LSA in a secondary school
• Confidence stepping into a more advanced support role
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
• HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
