A welcoming and well-resourced Primary school in Llantrisant is seeking an experienced HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant to be the lead within an EYFS class. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working in a nurturing, structured and highly supportive environment. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom. You will lead the class delivering engaging activities, provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, and help create a calm and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
