Our partner school in North London is seeking a skilled and confident High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive, forward‑thinking team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is committed to helping pupils achieve their best.

About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including:

Leading whole‑class learning in the absence of the class teacher

*

Delivering targeted small‑group and 1:1 interventions

*

Supporting behaviour, engagement, and progress

*

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and leaders to ensure high‑quality provision

*

Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation

HLTA status (or equivalent experience)

Experience supporting pupils across different key stages
