HLTA | Harrow | Immediate Start
A supportive two-form entry primary school in Harrow is looking for an experienced HLTA to join their dedicated team starting immediately.

HLTA | Role Summary:
  • Support learning across the curriculum in EYFS, KS1 or/and KS2
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absence or PPA
  • Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning
  • Promote a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

HLTA | Candidate Profile:
  • Has relevant experience to meet HLTA standards
  • Be primary-qualified; ideally holding a BA Primary or a PGCE Primary (QTS)
  • Minimum of one years teaching experience in a UK primary school
  • Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Confident leading a class and managing behaviour positively
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player

Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
