HLTA Margate

Academics are seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to support teaching and learning in a welcoming primary school in Margate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their classroom support career.

What you'll do as an HLTA:

  • Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum when required
  • Support small group interventions
  • Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
  • Provide targeted support for pupils who need additional help
  • Promote a positive learning environment

What we're looking for in an HLTA:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong classroom confidence
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
