Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HNW Client Manager at Launch Insurance Brokers Ltd. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing and seeking high net worth clients, providing professional and efficient service, and overseeing insurance policies for high net worth professionals. This role is based in Hitchin with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high net worth client relationships
• Knowledge of insurance policies for high net worth professionals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant insurance certifications or qualifications
