You will handle motor claims from first notification through to settlement within delegated authority, ensuring each claim is managed efficiently and in line with agreed service standards. The role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer focus when dealing with high-net-worth clients. Key responsibilities will include: Managing high net worth motor claims from FNOL through to settlement Assessing liability and indemnity in line with policy terms Maintaining accurate reserves and processing claim payments Ensuring a high standard of service throughout the claims journey About You:

You will have experience handling motor claims, ideally within a delegated authority environment. Exposure to high net worth motor claims would be highly beneficial.
