What you will be doing...

Support the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the team

Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to maximise leads

Oversee customer appointments, park tours, and handovers

Act as a key contact for customer queries and ensure timely responses

Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and stock listings

Analyse sales data and gather feedback to improve performance

Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety

About you...

Strong customer service and sales skills

Business and financial acumen

Experience supporting or leading successful sales teams

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Resilient, driven, and passionate about exceeding targets

Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
