Duties
As a Home Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients with mobility and performing heavy lifting when necessary.
Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
Providing care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the home.
Collaborating with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Home Care Worker position, candidates should possess:
Experience in caregiving, particularly in assisted living or childcare settings.
Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
Certification in first aid is an advantage.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
A valid driver's licence for transporting clients when necessary.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
