Care Home Manager\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nSalary: £70,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP + Relocation Package \n\nPSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a highly reputable & award-winning care provider to recruit an exceptional Care Home Manager for their luxurious, modern care home in Liverpool, offering nursing and residential care. Our client is seeking an experienced leader, who is ready to embrace an exciting new challenge in a rewarding environment.\n\nRole:\n As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring it delivers the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. You will lead a dedicated team to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.\n\nYou will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving financial targets.
