Home Support Worker – x3 positions Hours – 36 hours per week Salary – £12.94 per hour Location – Working at Meadowview Nursing Home, Calow, Chesterfield The role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Support Worker to join our teams in Calow, Chesterfield. We have a full time position available. Shifts will be based on rota and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and waking nights. As a Home Support Worker you will provide high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the organisation's policies and procedures. You will also provide care and support for service users, encouraging them to do as much as possible for themselves in order to develop and maintain their independence and physical ability. Whilst also ensuring a healthy, safe and clean environment for service users in their home and encouraging their involvement in achieving this.
