Home Care Coordinator Southampton Join the Heart of our Home Care Team at SCA Care Where Every Day Makes a Difference. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm / 37.5 hours per week with additional on call duties as part of the rota. Salary - £27,426 with additional payment for on-call.
