What you'll be doing Setting up, servicing, and resetting meeting rooms so they look flawless every time
Supporting daily lunch service — from setup to hosting to tidy‑down — with confidence and calm
Delivering a warm, polished welcome in the client lounge
Helping run internal and client events that feel seamless and well‑executed
Keeping hospitality spaces looking immaculate and ready for anything
Managing stock and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
Working closely with a friendly, high‑performing hospitality and reception team
What you bring At least 1 year of hospitality or corporate service experience (professional services or law firm experience is a bonus, not a must)
Strong people skills and a naturally polished, professional presence
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Great organisation and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
A positive, reliable, proactive mindset — you get things done and make things better
