Hospitality Assistant Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week £14.80 per hour London
We are looking for a reliable and service-driven Hospitality Assistant to support the day-to-day operations within a professional corporate environment. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring meeting spaces and communal areas are always well-presented, fully stocked, and ready for use.
You will also provide occasional support to the front-of-house reception team, helping to maintain a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities Set up and prepare meeting rooms to a high standard, including layout, equipment, and refreshments Clear down and reset rooms promptly after use Replenish tea, coffee, and refreshment stations throughout the day Ensure kitchen and hospitality areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised Monitor stock levels and report when supplies need replenishing Provide support to reception during busy periods, including greeting visitors and assisting with basic enquiries Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times About You Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, or customer service is desirable Friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks Willingness to be flexible and support different areas when required Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
