We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team within a prestigious corporate (B&I) environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to work in a high-quality, Monday-to-Friday role with a strong work-life balance.
Hospitality Chef De Partie
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (including a break)
You will be required to work 2-3 evenings per week paid as overtime (finishing between 8pm-9pm)
All overtime paid at time and a half (£21.78)
48 hours per week will pay a salary of £43,062

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-end hospitality and event catering, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation at all times. The kitchen produces a diverse, modern menu with a focus on Japanese and European eclectic cuisine, offering plenty of scope for creativity and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering food for hospitality and events
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Supporting the wider kitchen team in day-to-day operations
Assisting in menu execution with a focus on innovative, high-quality dishes

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality environment
Strong understanding of hospitality/event catering
Passion for fresh, creative cooking, ideally with exposure to diverse cuisines
A reliable, team-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail
