enjoy a balanced lifestyle. A prestigious International Law firm in the heart of the City is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their hospitality team. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen delivering high-end hospitality - from fine-dining lunches to elegant bowl food and bespoke corporate events - all within a supportive, Monday to Friday environment. You'll join a friendly, skilled brigade where creativity is encouraged and development is taken seriously. Under a hands-on Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to refine your skills, contribute ideas, and play an important role in delivering exceptional food for clients and guests.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard across fine dining, hospitality, and event menus

Running your section efficiently and maintaining excellent mise en place

Supporting the Sous and Head Chef during busy services

Assisting with menu development and bringing new ideas to the team

Ensuring consistently high standards of presentation, organisation, and food safety

Working collaboratively with the brigade to deliver smooth, well-executed services

What We're Looking For:

A skilled Chef de Partie with experience in hospitality, contract catering, events, or fine dining

Someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in their section

Strong organisational skills and a meticulous approach to food preparation

A positive, team-focused attitude with great communication skills

Creativity, passion for flavour, and an eye for detail

Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certification
