What youll be doing
Ensure all function rooms and events are set up prior to service time
Ensure constant replenishment of buffets throughout service
Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service
Ensure the smooth running of all morning and evening services as required
Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of both client and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis
Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high quality service
Skills & Experience The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Hospitality Floor Duty Manager include:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
High end catering background is highly desirable
Experience in managing and leading a large team
Leads by example by acting professional at all times.
Experience in running large events
