Houston & Hawkes are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a prestigious corporate location in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a professional hospitality environment and enjoys delivering fine dining and high-end events with creativity and precision. ?? About the Role: As Hospitality Head Chef, you'll be at the heart of culinary operations, overseeing a skilled kitchen team and working closely with the Executive Head Chef. You'll design and deliver exceptional hospitality menus, lead the preparation of high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients, and ensure outstanding presentation for every guest experience. You'll be responsible for managing kitchen operations, upholding food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring each event, lunch or client showcase runs seamlessly. ?? Key Responsibilities: Oversee the kitchen team and coordinate daily operations Lead on food preparation, presentation and innovation Design seasonal menus and hospitality brochures with accurate costings Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every service Collaborate with chefs of all levels to maintain high performance Monitor and manage stock, reduce waste and control food costs Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH compliance Engage with guests through masterclasses and culinary showcases Prepare for and deliver fine dining, private functions, and internal hospitality Maintain a clean, professional and inspiring kitchen environment Support staff scheduling and cover busy service periods effectively

What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing a professional kitchen team Fine dining and/or corporate hospitality experience preferred Ability to lead by example and motivate others Confident in presenting food to clients and VIP guests Strong knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements Excellent time management and calm under pressure Computer literacy and good organisational skills Formal chef qualifications (706/2, NVQ or equivalent) Passionate about food innovation and exceptional service ??
