We're seeking a talented Hospitality Head Chef to deliver exceptional, client-facing hospitality within a prestigious law firm. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you'll drive a refined, creative food offering where quality, consistency, and presentation are paramount.

• Deliver high-end hospitality aligned with the overall culinary vision

• Create innovative, seasonal menus

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team

• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH, and food safety regulations

• Manage allergens, risk assessments, and safe working practices

• Support cost control and operational planning

• Adapt menus for events and evening hospitality

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-quality hospitality

• Creative, passionate, and standards-driven

• Strong, people-focused leader

• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and food compliance

• Experienced in prestigious, client-facing environments
