Hospitality Recruitment Consultant in London

We have been in business since 2018 and work with all the top hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs across the whole of the UK. We only work with candidates who are seeking full time permanent positions within the hospitality industry.
We are specifically looking for someone to work solely with our clients in London. As a northern based agency we are ideally looking for someone based in London (or previously based in London) with pre existing contacts within the hospitality recruitment industry who would like to become our London specialist.
We have a database with over a thousand clients in the London area which will provide the cornerstone for the successful candidate to get started.
The consultants at Baxendale Mason work on a self employed basis and are paid on a 50% commission structure. Job boards, database access, IT support, training, credit control and collections are all provided. This role provides uncapped earning potential. Please note there is no basic salary but we do have a quarterly bonus on top of the 50% commission on all placements.
We feel this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced hospitality recruiter in London who would like to work on a self employed basis and taking 50% of all the placement fees they make.
Interviews for this role can take place via teams/zoom initially.
