Step into a role that blends warm hospitality with the magic of the Lake District. As a Host at our beautiful, secluded property, you'll be the welcoming face of our exclusive retreat — a sanctuary of calm, comfort, and curated luxury.
Your Role as Host:
- Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional. - Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service, housekeeping, afternoon tea, guest requests, and evening turndown. - Collaborates with our Spa, Estates, and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings. - Acts as a lead on events and exclusives – working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions. - Anticipates needs, resolves issues with grace, and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches. - Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury, privacy, and heartfelt care.
This role does require a balance of practical 'roll your sleeves up' housekeeping, waiting on, reception, events and everything in between. To excel in this role you'll be a genuine all-rounder.
