About the Role: As a Host / Hostess, youll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Youll manage reservations, greet guests with confidence, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service. Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October. What Youll Do: Welcome guests with a warm, engaging presence

Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system

Coordinate table assignments and communicate effectively with the service team

Anticipate guest needs and personalise each interaction

Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role

What you bring: Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or receptionist, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

A passion for great service and food

A calm, confident presence in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in spoken and written English

All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK

Schedule and hours: This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
