Set in a grand Victorian building on the Suffolk coastline, this is an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to work in a quality coastal hotel.
The Hotel Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie will run a kitchen section, deliver high standards of food preparation, and support junior team members. This role is ideal for a confident Hotel Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie with strong technical skills and leadership ability.
Key Responsibilities:

Run and manage a kitchen section

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
*
Manage stock and ordering for your section
*
Train and support junior chefs
*
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
*
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards are met
*
Assist with menu development and planning
Key Requirements:

Experience as a Hotel Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
*
Relevant culinary qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
*
Strong cooking and knife skills
*
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
*
Excellent attention to detail and time management
*
Good food safety and hygiene knowledge
